Heather Oliver is the Business Manager of Dogwood Creek at Almadale Farms. She has been employed with Fogelman since 2005. Heather enjoys spending time with her family, grilling out, and cooking. Her favorite show to watch is “Desperate Housewives” and her guilty pleasure is playing Super Mario Brothers on Wii.

Kim Hughen is the Assistant Business Manager of Dogwood Creek at Almadale Farms. Kim has been working with Fogelman since 2007. She is very creative as she loves home décor projects, cake decorating, and scrapbooking in her free time. She likes to spend time with her puppy Daisy and all the family pets. She has a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Memphis and obsesses over shoes.

John Steen is the Leasing Professional of Dogwood Creek at Almadale Farms. John has been with Fogelman since 2008. He has two dogs, Ayden and Ace, who keep him very busy outside of work. John loves going to the lake during the summer to kneeboard and ski, having game nights with friends, and going on spontaneous trips as much as possible. He is the “entertainer” at Dogwood Creek, as he loves to put his co-workers and residents in a great mood by making them laugh.

Frank Winkler is the Maintenance Supervisor of Dogwood Creek at Almadale Farms. He has been at Dogwood Creek since 1999. When Frank is not working on property, he is working on his farm. He loves to travel with his family, and tries to sneak in some time to take his boat out and fish when he can.

Chase Burton is the Maintenance Technician of Dogwood Creek at Almadale Farms. Chase is the newest addition to the staff at Dogwood Creek as of 2010, but has been with Fogelman since 2008. He also works as a volunteer for a local fire department. In his free time he likes to fish, hunt, ride four-wheelers, and spend time with his Golden Retriever, Savannah.

Nina Holland is the Housekeeper of Dogwood Creek at Almadale Farms. She has been working with Fogelman since 2003. When Nina is not fishing with her sister on the river or playing with her grandson Jaylen, she likes to spend her free time decorating and cooking for her family. She loves the outdoors and walking her dog Jack.

Chris Rossie is the Courtesy Officer of Dogwood Creek at Almadale Farms. Chris has been in law enforcement for 5 years and the Courtesy Officer for Dogwood Creek since 2006. He likes to spend time with his family and friends, fish, and watch movies in his spare time.
