Weddings = wedding gifts. Plain and simple. And with the need to buy a gift for the happy couple comes the questions: what to buy, how much should I spend?

Well there really isn’t a right or wrong answer to these questions. Sometimes your budget really can’t handle the items on the registry. What to do then? Get together with some friends and you all can put in on the gift. Is this taboo? Not at all.

Just make sure that you have all the facts and figures together before you go in on the gift, such as making sure that everyone is putting in the same amount, and if it isn’t an even amount, decide who will be putting in the extra amounts. You’ll also have to decide who will pick up the gift and make sure that they deliver it to the couple at least two weeks prior so that they can take it off their registry. I  hope this helps! :)
